Chicago, April 30, 1953&apos.The dedicatee, Reinsberg, was a prominent science fiction fan between the 1930s and 50s, and chaired 'Worldcon' in 1940.In the publisher's original unclipped dust wrapper.A delightful anthology with contributions from writers such as Alphonso Wetmore, Mark Twain, Eugene Field and Raymond Weeks.With an inscription to the dust wrapper rear wrap over the photograph of the editor, Jack Conroy, reading 'Jack Conroy known far and wide as "Daddy-o"&apos. In the publisher's original cloth binding, and unclipped dust wrapper. Back strip tail lightly age toned with light shelf wear, otherwise exceptionally bright. Inscription to front free endpaper. Small loss of paper to tail of dust wrapper back strip, with more significant loss to back strip head. Inscription to rear wrap. Tape repairs to dust wrapper reverse running the length of the head of the wrapper, and to the back strip tail and flyleaf folds. These tape repairs result in offsetting to the right side of the wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright. Very Good Indeed . Ill.: None. Very Good Indeed/Good.
